Yuji Akatsuka
A one person exhibition of Yuji Akatsuka's paintings was held at Gallery Kobayashi until 17 January. Although it was within the first seven days of the year, the opening was enjoyed by a large number of people.

Ai Yamaguchi
In the early part of the new year, " Hana mite kurasu Haru "( 3 January -1 February ) is on show at Art Shop Nadiff.
You can also enjoy more of Yamaguchi's world with a variety of her other work such as the collection of etchings
" Sukutoko " as well as the lithographs " Hanabukuro ", which were made at Edition Works in 2002 and published by GALLERY EVE. Also on show are small paintings, books and other goods.
After this exhibition has closed it will travel to Nadiff bis in Sendai

The exhibition entitled, "Haru no yukue" will be held at Mizuho Oshiro Gallery, Kagoshima from 23 February for two months. The gallery plans to show the collection of etchings "Sukutoko" and lithographs "Hanabukuro", along with the newly made small paintings, which have been specifically produced for this exhibition. Yamaguchi's first digital prints will also be on show.
